General Eligibility
- Admission to MBA and MCA programs at SIMCS is strictly based on eligibility criteria prescribed by Osmania University and relevant regulatory bodies like AICTE and UGC.
- All admissions shall follow the State Government / University quota system including Convener quota and Management quota.
Program-specific Eligibility
MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- A candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).
- Admission through ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test) conducted by the Government of Telangana.
- Lateral entry or transfer admissions are subject to university norms.
MCA (Master of Computer Applications)
- A candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with Mathematics as a compulsory subject in 10+2 or graduation.
- Minimum 50% aggregate (45% for reserved categories).
- Admission through ICET or equivalent entrance test.
Required Documents (for Verification)
- SSC (10th) Marks Memo
- Intermediate / 10+2 Certificate
- Degree Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Memo
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Bonafide Certificates (VI to Degree)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Income Certificate (latest financial year)
- Residence Certificate / Nativity Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Bank Passbook (Student’s Name)
- Recent Passport-size Photographs (4 copies)
Admission Schedule
- Admissions commence as per Osmania University and State Council for Higher Education notification.
- First Come First Serve basis for Management Quota (subject to eligibility).
- Convener quota follows centralized counseling (TG-ICET).
Important Guidelines
- Admission is provisional until verified by the university.
- Misrepresentation of facts or submission of fake documents will lead to cancellation of admission.
- Original documents must be submitted at the time of admission for verification.
- Admission under Management Quota must follow guidelines issued by the TSCHE and university.
Fee Payment
- Fee must be paid in full or in instalments as per the college’s approved fee structure.
- Students are advised to collect and preserve fee receipts for all transactions.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable except as per Osmania University refund rules.
